Field Services/Depot Repair
| One of the greatest compliments to Client Server Technology's network and consulting services is our Field Services and Depot Repair. Our trained and certified technicians are amongst the best and most experienced professionals we have seen and it is re-assuring to know our clients' hardware is in good hands. From Laser and Line Printers to PC's and notebooks, CST offers convenient On-Site coverage, Maintenance Contracts and also Depot Repair services at our location at pre-quoted, fixed rate, which saves our clients in on-site labor costs. For our larger clients that have a rotation of spare printers, monitors, and computers, CST also offers weekly and monthly Depot Repair pickup and drop-off services where we offer bulk repair discounts as well as parts exchange on clients broken units. For example, CST has a large medical client that has approximately 10 HP LaserJet Printers every two weeks that need to be repaired, refurbished or both. Some require minor parts and/or cleaning, however, some are past the point of making sense to repair vs. replace where our technicians will cannibalize the units and use the good parts in other, repairable units. It is not uncommon that we make 6-7 good units and all it costs our clients is Depot Labor because the parts used are from their machines. |  |
