Client Server Technology's Educational Network sets many high standards where a BS in MIS is only the beginning. All recent graduates and interns must have and/or maintain a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0, with a 3.5 in their respective IT major, and an unparalleled desire to learn an organization's business and infrastructure from the ground up. All college intern referrals are a free service offered to all CST clients and compensation is left up to the applicant and client.
CST also places recent IT college graduates that are available for contract and full-time employment. Client Server Technology offers these candidates at discounted rates for all entry-level positions and the specific fees range between 5-10% of candidates annual salary. If you prefer to try before you buy, clients utilize CST's Temp-to-Permanent employment medium requiring a 90-day commitment.
