The bid award is for all state agencies including the Department of Information Technology, All Using State Agencies, Political Subdivisions, Municipalities, Non-Profits and Education. All qualified State of Connecticut Agencies can purchase these RSA keys at any quantity for the discounted unit rate under the contract order number 09ITZ0055 for $ 37.74/unit. Normal retail price for these keys are over $70.
