Need your HP LaserJet printer repaired but are tired of 'maintenance contracts' that require you to buy their used toner and almost always charge you for maintenance kits because they are not included? Sure its great to only pay a couple of bucks a month to have them 'covered', but between down time, paying hundreds for uncovered parts/labor, and knowing a substandard toner kills the insides of your laser printer's fusers/power supplies, a bargain it's not.

Although we could sell you some used toner and break your machines and come out bi-weekly and tell you the parts aren't covered and charge you a fortune, its a little unethical and we think our approach is best for both our clients and our long-term business relationship.
