clients either send or have CST pick up computers, printers or monitors for repair, where
our technicians perform in-house diagnostics to determine what parts are required. Once
this evaluation is complete, a Diagnose and Advise work order is filled out where the
comments and recommendations of the technician are recorded. This D & A sheet is faxed or
emailed to your company which include all repair information and costs for each piece of
equipment. In some cases, main boards and proprietary parts raise repair prices that would
exceed replacement cost, where advising against repair would be documented.
From Connecticut to California, Client Server Technology's repair facility can accommodate
even the largest of repair orders, and turnaround for diagnostics averages 2-3 business days.
CST's Depot repair rates are fixed, not hourly, and all repair prices quoted include a 30-day
warranty on labor and manufacturer warranty on parts. Expedite repairs are available and
FedEx and UPS overnight services arrive at CST by 5:30PM EST.
